Welcome to Rustly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rustly website, games and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. Gambling is prohibited for minors. You confirm that using the Service is legal where you live and that you are not on any self-exclusion register. We may request identity or age verification at any time and may suspend access until it is completed.
2. Your account
You sign in through your Steam account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under it. One account per person. You may not buy, sell, share, or transfer accounts, nor use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service. We may suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe has breached these Terms or applicable law.
3. Coins, skins & virtual items
Balances on the Service are held as in-site "coins," a virtual credit used to play. Coins and skins available in the Service have no guaranteed monetary value outside the platform and are not a bank deposit or e-money. Item prices and coin conversion rates are set by the Service and may change. We may correct any balance, item, or transaction that resulted from an error, bug, or abuse.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits are credited after the relevant payment or skin transfer is confirmed. Before a withdrawal can be requested, any applicable wagering (playthrough) requirement on deposited funds must be met. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid and may be delayed or declined where we are required to perform verification or where we suspect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms. We do not facilitate the transfer of value between users except through features the Service expressly provides.
5. Fair play
Our games use a provably-fair system so that each result can be independently verified. You agree not to exploit bugs, collude with other players, abuse promotions or affiliate features, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the games. Where an exploit, collusion, or abuse is detected, we may reverse affected outcomes, remove improperly obtained balances or items, and close the accounts involved.
6. Promotions, rewards & affiliates
Bonuses, rakeback, rain, codes, and affiliate commissions are offered at our discretion and may carry their own conditions. We may modify, withhold, or revoke any promotional benefit, and may void rewards gained through fraud, multiple accounts, or abuse of the affiliate program.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, nor access it from a jurisdiction where online gambling or this Service is prohibited. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your winnings.
8. Responsible gaming
Gambling can be addictive. Only play with what you can afford to lose. You can close your own account to gambling at any time from your Profile page — for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. 9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your use of the Service, interruptions, or the value of virtual items. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
