Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Rustly collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Steam we receive your public Steam profile (such as your Steam ID, display name, and avatar). We collect information you provide (for example, a withdrawal address or support messages) and information generated as you use the Service, including your game history, balances, transactions, device and browser data, and your IP address.
2. How we use it
We use this information to operate your account and the games, process deposits and withdrawals, keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal and anti-money-laundering obligations, provide support, and improve the Service. We may use your IP and device data to detect multiple accounts and to apply regional restrictions.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as payment and skin-transaction processors and hosting providers), when required by law or a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, our users, and the public. Your in-game username and results may be visible to other users (for example in chat, recent wins, and leaderboards).
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and keep the Service secure. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may break parts of the Service.
5. Retention & security
We keep personal and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@rustly.gg. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information we are legally required to keep.
7. Children
The Service is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it and close the account.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
